WHY I CREATED SPRITZ & SPROUT
A personal beginning that grew into something more.
Modern life often moves faster than we can follow, leaving people hurried and disconnected. Real conversation and unhurried presence have become rare, and the constant pressure builds into stress that wears on mind and body.
Plants have been part of my life for decades. In difficult seasons, tending to something living brought calm and grounding. That sense of calm eventually inspired me to create something others could experience too.
Spritz & Sprout grew from a simple truth: when people feel a sense of belonging, feel safe to be themselves, and can create without judgment, they become more open, more accepting, and more connected — to themselves and to one another.
THE JOURNEY TO SaS
The oldest roots often support the strongest growth.
1998Big Boy, a split-leaf philodendron, becomes the first plant teacher — a living reminder that growth takes patience and that environment matters.
2009Professional Certificate in Event Management, George Washington University — another piece of the future experience foundation.
2020More time at home deepens plant care as a grounding practice during the pandemic.

No. SaS is a guided wellness and social experience. The tone is reflective and grounding without becoming clinical or therapeutic.
